When Your PLATE Becomes FULL!!
Scripture Reference: Matthew 26:21-26
This plate is a symbol of how we, as servants to the Most High God are to serve in MINISTRY. The plate represents our HEART for the people. You hear people in church say all the time, "I'm turning down my plate," when they go to fast or want to separate so they can consecrate and come into the Presence of Almighty God.
Do you ever feel this same plate is the plate you offer to those who you've all allowed to EAT off of? And when the people you've confided in, the people you've helped are done eating off YOUR plate, you are then "tossed" in DIRTY water and by someone who wasn't made to handle you or made to treat you some kind of way, they "DROP" you on the FLOOR. But thanks be to God that even in your current state of BROKENNESS, He has sustained you, protected you and kept you from being "swept up and tossed in the trash."
The relationship we are supposed to have with God is SOLID(God's Love Under Encouragement is G.L.U.E.) "On Christ, the SOLID rock I stand, all other ground is sinking SAND!"
Even as you serve the people of God in your various ministries, they are those who really don't have the slightest idea how some days, you feel as if you're just broken down the middle, even when it looks as if you have it all together, even as you minister and serve the people faithfully, don't realize your heart for people is served on a "BROKEN" plate. But be encouraged, What can wash your sins away? NOTHING but the Blood of Jesus. What can make you WHOLE again? NOTHING but the Blood of Jesus!
God can wash you & reuse you to His glory and even in your season of BROKENESS, that's when God can use you best, after He dusts you off & puts you back together.
Even when you feel like giving up..God will hold you together when you're feeling as if your life is fallen apart!
